Steve Altland - Director of Fleet Maintenance
Steve has over 35 years in the trucking industry and has been with Kinard since 1994. He is responsible for the Truck, Trailer, Body Shops, Parts and Facility Maintenance departments. Steve has spent the last several years focusing on fleet wide improvement programs incorporating industry leading technologies. These varying technologies such as Qualcomm (QTRACS) onboard performance monitoring and standardization of high quality fleet equipment have given Kinard a strong competitive edge making Kinard a reliable cost effective carrier.

Danielle Baublitz - Controller
Danielle Baublitz joined the Kinard team in August of 2000 bringing with her a BS in Accounting. She started her career with Kinard in the Accounts Receivable and Payroll Department. As her career at Kinard has progressed, Danielle has acquired additional responsibilities within the company and is now currently the Controller of Kinard. As a member of the senior management team, she provides insight through financial analysis and reporting to improve our operations.

Ken Kennedy - Information Technology Manager
Ken manages our Information Technology needs for the company. His 15 years of diverse experience ranges from both government to private sector companies. The past several years of this experience has been working within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) area. This has given Ken the unique ability to align industry's technology offerings to the current and long term business goals and objectives. This has assisted Sr. Management and the company in achieving technological efficiencies for internal and external customers along with overall operational support. Ken has also achieved his ITIL Practitioner level certification.

Todd Lentz - Director of Operations
Todd has over 28 years of transportation industry experience. As our Director of Operations his passion and vision for the industry is evident in the leadership of our operations team. Todd's commitment is to have a safe, efficient, and successful company while focusing on giving our customers excellent customer service. This commitment has helped Kinard achieve many awards over the years in becoming one of the "best in class" in our industry.

Dave Meckley - President
Over the past 30 years, Dave has helped lead privately held organizations with a focus on customer service, teamwork, continuous improvement, and strategic planning. Upon the retirement of Ron Workman after 40 years of service, Dave joined Kinard to lead the transition of the company to the next chapter. Dave's role as president is to build on the distinguished Kinard heritage as the company continues to grow. He serves on numerous business boards and is active with community service in York County.

Bill Muller - Warehouse Operations Manager
Bill has 30 years experience in transportation and warehouse management. He joined Kinard in 2001 as Warehouse Manager to help develop business for a newly built warehouse comprised of 160,000 square feet with 6 rail docks and 20 truck docks.

Lori Rhinehart - HR Manager
Lori joined Kinard Trucking in February of 2011. She comes to Kinard with nearly 20 years of progressive HR experience in the manufacturing industry. She attained her BS from Penn State and her HR certification from Villanova University. Lori also received her PHR in Jan of 2006. Lori oversees all aspects of Human resources including benefits, safety and recruiting.
